Service Description
In this course, Penny will be covering situational awareness, boundary-setting and de-escalation techniques as well as teaching you how to escape from common attacks. Examples of technique include: striking moves, headlocks, wrist grab escapes, how to get out of a bear hug, what to do if the assailant has a weapon, how to break a fall, and more. Why Enroll? This class will help build your confidence and give you the skills needed to feel and stay safe! If you, or your daughter (age 16 or older), has ever wanted to learn and practice critical self-defense techniques from a highly qualified instructor, this class is for you!
